At The Lab, there are two movement Programs. Flow Lab Dance and Femme Fatale Pole. Both Programs are different experiences.

 

The Flow Lab Dance program is to train beginner-intermediate dancers, technique, and performance in several dance genres. Dancers have the option to drop in or Bec one a part of Flow Labs Dance Company FlowCo.

Femme Fatale Pole is a pole dance program and School that teaches Beginner - level 4 pole dancers technique and choreography through drop-in class experiences or The eight-week School Program.
